Job summary

Constellation is seeking highly motivated engineering students for its 2027 Engineering Internships to be worked in person at the Nuclear location in Cordova, IL (Quad Cities). The paid internships run about 10 weeks from June 7 to August 13, 2027, with projects designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience under a supervisor and technical mentor.

Enrollees must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, with a minimum GPA of

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering program.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 (cumulative) and 3.0 (major).
• Available for a 10-week internship starting June 2027.
• Majors include Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on selected projects under a supervisor and technical mentor.
• Contribute to Cooling Tower Drone Inspections and Nuclear Core Analysis.
• Assist in control circuit wiring design and thermal overload calculations.
• Engage in a team-oriented environment and develop problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication.

Engineering Internships for 2027

We are currently seeking highly motivated engineering students for Engineering Internships for 2027 to work in person at our Nuclear location in Cordova, IL - Quad Cities. These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks starting June 7th, 2027 through August 13th, 2027. Interns will work on specific projects, designed to help them gain real-world, hands‑on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor.
