Job summary

Central Specialty Pet, a division of Central Garden & Pet, is seeking a Summer 2027 eCommerce Intern to join our Franklin, WI team. You’ll work on real business challenges spanning competitive intelligence, eCommerce strategy, digital marketing and conversion optimization.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you’ll turn data into actionable recommendations that drive growth, gain hands‑on experience with leading brands such as Aqueon, Kaytee, C&S and Zilla, and have opportunities for

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with strong academic record.
• Rising Junior or Senior status preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in eCommerce marketing, strategy, consumer insights, digital marketing or analytics.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with curiosity about market trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Creative, resourceful, and motivated self‑starter with a strong drive for learning.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in competitive intelligence, eCommerce strategy, digital marketing and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.
• Complete projects on competitor analysis, A/B testing, eCommerce growth, and building analyses/dashboards.
• Present insights to cross‑functional teams and leaders.
