Western Alliance Bank invites talented undergraduates to join our Summer Internship Program in Phoenix, AZ. Over 10 weeks, you will work on challenging projects in the Credit Intelligence Team, mentored by professionals, and gain real-world experience within a fast-paced banking environment.

You'll contribute to analysis of economic trends, support senior staff, and develop skills in data analysis, communication, and teamwork as you explore a career in Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
• Interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Support the Credit Intelligence Team with project work.
