Job summary

The Walmart Energy team is seeking an Energy Business Insights Intern to support structured analysis and cross-functional projects. You will help turn data and market information into clear insights and assist with dashboards and written recommendations for a dynamic energy portfolio.

Relocation to Bentonville, AR is required, and you must be enrolled in an undergraduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

• Analyzing operational, market, or customer data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Researching energy markets, technologies, policy, or competitor activity to inform strategic opportunities.
• Supporting project plans, stakeholder materials, and performance reporting for cross-functional energy initiatives.
• Translating complex findings into concise presentations, dashboards, or written recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without a requirement for current or future sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to Walmart’s Home Office in Bentonville, AR, for both the internship and potential full-time opportunity post-graduation.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
