Job summary

Keeley Construction invites motivated students to join our Summer 2027 Construction Management Internship in St. Louis, MO. Interns will support senior staff across multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and field coordination.

This internship focuses on learning through real project exposure, participation in meetings, and adherence to Keeley’s safety culture and values while developing essential civil/construction management skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers for multiple construction projects.
• Communicate and monitor Subcontractor field work.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
