The purpose of this internship is to give a college student the opportunity to see all aspects of the IT Business Solutions department at FNB. This would include but not be limited to: exposure to executive management within the business lines and IT leadership. Trained in our service management application and process. Help facilitate the flow of request to ensure we are meeting customer needs an assist closing requests to ensure that all requirements for compliance with audit are being met. Assist in quarterly internal review of our applications that support multiple business lines across the bank. Attend weekly meetings with the supported business lines and internal IT meetings. In the role of IT Business Solutions Intern, you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of business and finance to real world scenarios within our IT banking segment.
