Western Alliance Bank offers a Summer Internship in Phoenix, AZ to launch your career in Commercial Banking. Over 10 weeks you’ll work on real projects with a mentor, participate in leadership development and team-building activities, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bank environment.

We’re seeking undergraduate students with a 3.0 GPA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to motivate yourself and work independently. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Interest in Commercial Banking industry.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship offered for this program.
