What You Bring (The Toolkit)

• Full-Stack Foundations: Comfort working across a mix of front-end and backend development, connecting intuitive user interfaces with robust services.
• Backend & Enterprise Skills: Solid grounding in Java, Spring Boot, and general software engineering principles.
• AI & Agent Ecosystem: Hands-on project experience or familiarity with Python, LangChain, LLM orchestration, and building multi-step or tool-calling AI agents.
• Cloud & DevOps Exposure: Understanding of containerization and orchestration via Kubernetes and AWS EKS, alongside familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Visibility & Scale: An interest in AI application observability like LangSmith, agent optimization focused on lowering latency, and scaling applications safely under load.

What You Do Here

• Build Across the Stack: Partner with our engineering teams to write code across front-end and backend layers, helping modernize legacy systems into agile, cloud-native services.
• Develop Agentic Workflows: Prototype and test autonomous agent behaviors that solve actual technical and operational challenges.
• Deploy and Scale: Gain hands-on exposure to deploying and managing containerized services on AWS EKS using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn Constantly: Share what you discover, absorb feedback from mentors, and help us push the boundaries of what reliable enterprise engineering looks like.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $35-$75 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
