Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Plymouth, Minnesota, invites students to join the Supply Chain Interns Sustainability Solutions program for Summer 2026. You will contribute to teams in Quality, NPI/Lifecycle, Operations, or Planning, gaining hands-on experience with the organization's supply chain practices and development opportunities.
Work with cross-functional colleagues, analyze data, and help improve quality, productivity and cost efficiency while adhering to standards.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Operations or Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products end-to-end.
- Assist in cross-functional meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Collaborate to determine root causes and corrective actions for supply chain issues.
- Evaluate processes to identify quality, productivity and cost opportunities.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with standards, regulations and procedures.
