Job summary

Henkel's Consumer Brands unit seeks a skilled Technician IV, LL to lead crew operations in our Sulfonation plant. You will plan resources, supervise downtime, ensure safety, and coach teammates while optimizing yields and product quality.

You will apply statistical process control, manage shifts, and coordinate with maintenance and lab staff. Forklift certification and strong communication are required to drive reliable daily operations at the Missouri site.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving certification required (training provided).
• Must communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
• Must wear PPE and respirator as required.
• Experience leading a production crew is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew to optimize results and allocate resources.
• Plan for and allocate downtime, maintenance and material changes.
• Lead tie-in meetings and coordinate shifts to minimize disruptions.
• Coach and train technicians in new processes and standards.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and cost control.
