Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and catering items to suites and premium areas.
• Verify order accuracy prior to delivery and communicate shortages or substitutions.
• Assist suite attendants with replenishing food, beverages, ice, condiments, and service supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, storage areas, and suite pantries.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service requirements.
