Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Reno, NV is seeking a Suites Runner (Part-Time Seasonal) to deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to designated suites at Greater Nevada Field. The role requires knowledge of the menu and adherence to food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Expedite the first and initial order of food. After, work hand in hand with servers to continue effectively delivery for all goods ordered.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Follows set up and break down processes efficiently.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Always exceeds guest expectations.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintains prep and service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Suite Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverage items to from the kitchen to designated suites in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. In this position, the runner should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The runner should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.

Essential Job Duties
