Job summary

Delaware North in Springfield, Missouri, is hiring seasonal Suite Servers to provide exceptional service and ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests at Route 66 Stadium. This tipped position offers a starting pay of $10.35 per hour, along with weekly pay and various employee benefits including discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a server in a fine dining environment.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs in assigned Suites.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly according to policies.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with Runners, Cooks and Bartenders for food delivery.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties.
