Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Suite Attendant at LIBERTY BOWL MEMORIAL STADIUM in Memphis to provide personalized food and beverage service in private suites during events.

You are the primary contact for suite holders, ensuring suites are set, stocked, and maintained while delivering a high hospitality standard throughout the event.

Shifts vary, and the part-time role may require alcohol-service certifications and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; we offer a flexible, benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or premium service preferred.
• Must meet age requirements to serve alcohol and have relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites.
• Act as primary contact for suite holders and guests during events.
• Ensure suites are set, stocked, and maintained for guest needs.
• Lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly; up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts punctually and perform other duties as needed.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $13.30 per hour - $17.95 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Suite Attendant at Sodexo, you will provide personalized food and beverage service to guests in private suites during events. This role serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and their guests and is responsible for delivering a high-quality, hospitality-focused experience throughout the event. Suite Attendants ensure suites are properly set, stocked, and maintained while responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.

Suite Attendants work exclusively within assigned suites and support pre-event preparation, in-event service, and post-event cleanup. Responsibilities may vary based on venue type, event expectations, and service offerings.

Responsibilities include

• Review menus, order details, and service expectations prior to guest arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of suites throughout the event.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer service to enhance the overall suite experience.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or premium service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations.
• Must maintain a valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), TEAM (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management), or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements.
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations.
