Qualifications

• Develop local policies and practice guidelines as prescribed by program handbooks.
• Organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and evaluate program areas.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance patient-centered care.
• Provide supervisory duties including assignment of work, evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and equipment expenditures for supervised functions.
• Understand organizational structure and its impact on program operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply program policies and practice guidelines as directed.
