Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track harvest performance.
• Identify and address challenges during the harvest process.
• Analyze harvest data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop recommendations for improving the harvest process.
• Create and deliver reports on harvest performance to management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement harvest plans.
• Stay up-to-date on agricultural practices and technologies.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety protocols.
