Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks an entry-level SUE Technician I in Dallas, TX to support field operations for utility systems. 0-2 years of field experience welcomed; on-the-job training provided to learn vacuum excavation equipment and data collection.

You'll develop basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and work alongside experienced teams to document underground utility locations and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level position; no previous experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are conditions of employment.
• Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field work involving utility systems.
• Learn to operate vacuum excavation equipment.
• Record field data accurately.
• Learn to interpret utility locations with hand-held technology.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• On the job training will be provided for all necessary skills needed to be successful in this position.
• The willingness and ability to learn how to operate vacuum excavation equipment and record field gathered data.
• The aptitude to learn various hand-held technology for the interpretation of utility locations.
• Basic computer skills a plus (Excel, WORD etc.).
