Our SUE team is known for technical rigor and trusted relationships with clients—and we’re looking for a seasoned project manager to help lead its next chapter. This role offers genuine leadership responsibility, exposure to complex high-profile projects, and a clear path toward senior and principal-level advancement.
The SUE Project Manager will lead utility investigations across a portfolio of transportation and infrastructure projects. You’ll own projects from proposal through final deliverables, managing field crews, client relationships, and technical quality in accordance with ASCE 38 standards (Quality Levels A, B, C, & D). This is a hands‑on leadership role—you’ll mentor staff, shape workflows, and serve as the technical point of contact for clients and design partners.
Compensation for this position is $85,000.00 - $145,000.00/annually, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
