Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a SUE Data Analyst to transform subsurface utility data into clear, actionable insights, leveraging geospatial tools to reduce risk on infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, QA/QC data, and support drafting and client deliverables while coordinating with survey and CADD staff. Applicants must relocate to sit out of CED's Albany, NY office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SUE or closely related field.
• Ability to designate utilities using surface geophysical equipment (RF Pipe/Cable Locators, GPR, electromagnetic induction).
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office, BlueBeam, Fulcrum and Basecamp.

Responsibilities

• Attend project kickoff meetings to coordinate workflows.
• Setup and maintain project applications in Basecamp, Fulcrum, Bluebeam.
• Receive, process and QA/QC field data from Fulcrum/Basecamp/Bluebeam.
• Coordinate with survey and CADD staff for data drafting and review.
• Ensure data quality for client deliverables and organize project files.
• Engage in ongoing training to learn new tools and techniques.
• Provide clients with backup data supporting reports and CAD files.
• Coordinate with municipalities for SUE certifications and permits.
