The ideal candidate will have an active Nevada clinical license and hands-on SUD treatment experience. The position offers a salary of $92,000 annually, along with benefits including health insurance and a 403(b) plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Experience with SPARS reporting and other federal or state grant reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements for SUD services.
• Ability to balance clinical insight with operational and compliance responsibilities.
• Experience supporting audits, monitoring reviews, or funder site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational compliance for grant-funded programs.
• Oversee grant data reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support daily functioning of SUD and IOP services.
• Monitor consistency between clinical practice and reported outputs.
• Identify operational gaps affecting care quality.
