Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Monroe, WA is seeking a Full-time Case Manager/SUDP for our Behavioral Health Program. The role will be located at our new White Center building and involves counseling, assessments, and intakes for adults and families with substance use disorders.

Applicants should have SUDPT or SUDP licensure and complete coursework and practicum hours required by the State. English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred but not required; evening hours are included.

Qualifications

  • Must have SUDPT or SUDP Licensure.
  • Must have completed all the classes required to become a Chemical Dependency Professional.
  • Must have completed all the practicum hours required by the State Department of Health to become a Chemical Dependency Professional.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct counseling services to patients (one-to-one or group).
  • Coordinate and conduct assessments, evaluations and intakes.
  • Serve adults and their families with primary diagnosis of substance use disorder, and co-occurring mental health issues.
  • Evening hours to run night treatment groups.
