As part of the Subway Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main areas:
- Providing an excellent guest experience

Prerequisites:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, with supervising and training staff
Essential functions include:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all team levels
- Computer literacy
- Physical ability to work in any restaurant area, operate POS systems, and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds
