Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for entry-level roles at our travel centers with pay starting between $12.80 and $17.35 per hour. Weekly pay and a range of benefits support you as you serve diverse guests.

You will provide fast, friendly service, maintain inventory and prep food safely, operate cash registers, and keep the restaurant clean. We seek team players with flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
