Pilot Company is seeking a guest service team member to deliver fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel-center environment. You will help maintain inventory, prepare food safely, and operate the cash register while upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction.

The role supports a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for training and advancement within our growing network of travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Accurate sales transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to follow Subway processes and policies.
• Comfort with using computers, phones and other equipment.
• Able to work as part of a team.
