Pilot Company is hiring at Napoleon, OH for a guest-focused team member role in a Subway setting. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, manage inventory and prep food safely, and ensure high-quality products while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

You’ll operate cash registers and contribute to a great guest experience with teamwork and reliability. The role emphasizes consistent guest service, adherence to Subway procedures, and a positive attitude, with opportunities across travel centers
