Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a team member in our travel center location. You will provide fast, friendly, and clean service to guests, help maintain inventory, and assist with safe food preparation and quality.

You’ll operate the cash register, keep the dining area neat, and strive to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day. The role includes opportunities across related positions within our centers; we welcome candidates who want growth and training in a dynamic retail hospitality

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Subway processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
