Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate and efficient service to guests at our travel centers. You will process sales on a POS register and help maintain a clean dining area while prioritizing guest needs.

The role requires basic computer/POS knowledge and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays. We value teamwork, strong communication with leaders and co-workers, and a positive attitude.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

In this role, you can expect to:

Pay Range

$13.00 - 13.00 per hour

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
