Pilot Company is hiring for a guest-facing role in Fort Worth, TX. You will deliver fast, friendly service at the counter and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for every guest.

You will process sales at the register, support food prep, and help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Training and opportunities to grow within our travel centers are available.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to follow company processes and policies; use computers and phones as needed.
