Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our travel center locations for a customer-focused team member role. You will provide fast, friendly service, maintain clean facilities, and help guests with beverages, snacks, and essentials.

This position offers weekly pay, opportunities across roles, and a welcoming team culture; training is provided to ensure you can handle transactions, operate POS, and work shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately.
• Ability to cleanly and safely prepare food.
• Ability to use computers, phones, and POS systems.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and clean service to guests.
