Berkeley Heights Public Schools is seeking a substitute/substitute teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires a New Jersey teaching certificate (Standard, CEAS, or CE) or eligibility to receive the County Substitute Certificate.
To obtain the County certificate, applicants must complete 30 semester hours, pass a criminal history background check, and pay a $125 fee. A U.S. citizenship or lawful resident status and NJ residency within one year of hire are also required. EEO/AA.
