Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Plymouth, MN seeks a Substitute Childcare Teacher to join our team serving Plymouth and West metro schools. The role involves guiding young learners in a nurturing classroom and supporting lead teachers.

Applicants must have at least 16 credits or a CDA, be able to work 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm three days a week, and be willing to travel up to 20 miles within the metro area. A positive work ethic and joy for teaching children are essential.

Qualifications

Hourly wage range: $21.00 - $26.15

We are seeking aSUBSTITUTE CHILDCARE TEACHERto join our team at New Horizon Academy in the Plymouth and West metro area.

Substitutes in our Plymouth and West area will be responsible for working at schools in the Plymouth, Maple Grove, St Michael, and West metro areas.

All applicantsMUST:

• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm a minimum of three days a week.
