• Experience or aptitude in Lesson Planning and Training, assisting teachers with implementing instructional activities and routines.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear, respectful interaction with students, staff, and families.
• Commitment to supporting a Christian faith-based educational environment and modeling values consistent with the school’s mission.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, supervise groups of students, and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Prior experience as a teacher’s aide, substitute, or in a childcare/education setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework in education or related fields is beneficial.
