Job summary

COLLABORATIVE FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES INC in the Boston area is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support students in a unique alternative setting. You will work with small classes, typically around five students, delivering prepared work plans and maintaining a supportive environment.

You will receive behavioral support in the classroom and join a progressive nonprofit focused on personalized education for youth across Massachusetts DYS programs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in an academic or other supportive setting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, some college experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy learning environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
