Job summary

PECEPEDU2 is hiring part-time on-call substitute childcare teachers to support learning in a playful, child-centered environment. Flexible schedules adapt to your availability, with no nights and no weekends required, and opportunities for growth through in-house training.

We welcome college students, stay-at-home parents, and others seeking a second job; compensation starts at $16 per hour and varies with education and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven team.
• Joy and fun while teaching our future leaders.
• Past childcare experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be an on-call substitute floating childcare teacher based on weekly availability.
• Work with children of all age groups as needed.
• Attend trainings and participate in staff events and activities.
