Ampersand Therapy LLC in Lisle, IL is seeking a Substitute Teacher Assistant to support students with autism and other disabilities during the 2026-2027 school year. This per diem role partners with teachers and behavior specialists to maintain a safe, inclusive classroom and assist with social-emotional and academic development.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License, has school experience, and can pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License required.
• Previous school experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting students with behavioral or social-communication disabilities required.
