Opportunities: Long-term or day-to-day substitute teachers in Preschool through 12th grade classrooms. We employ our substitutes directly and your time counts toward ORS – Retirement.

• Day-to-day substitute – cover short term absences as assigned.
• District/building substitute – report daily to be assigned as needed.
• Long term – Cover long term absences for (10 days) or more.

Qualifications:

• Certified teacher or
• At least 60 semester credits
• Willingness to work online/virtual if necessary.

• Day-to-day subbing $150.00 per day.
• Over 10 days in one class - $165.00 per day.
• District/Building substitute - $165.00 per day.
• Retirees - $190.00 per day.

*Based on working entire day with 30-minute lunch

Credit will be accrued in Michigan Public School Employees Retirement System.
