Job summary

Endeavor Schools is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher at Palm Harbor Montessori Academy. You will help lead innovative learning activities, ensure safety, monitor progress, and foster a harmonious environment for children and staff.

The ideal candidate loves working with children, demonstrates flexibility and patience, and may have prior early childhood experience. 18+ with a HS diploma or GED is required; laptop/tablet use will be common.

• Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us.The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is preferred
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
