Job summary

Swing Education in California is seeking qualified substitute teachers to join our flexible network in Inglewood and surrounding districts.

Earn daily pay of $220-$260, with the freedom to choose assignments, locations, and subjects. No surprise calls—manage requests in real time and grow your classroom impact with Swing's training resources.

You'll complete a background check and TB test to start, and you can refer friends for bonuses throughout the year.

Qualifications

• California teaching credential or Emergency 30-Day Permit is required.
• 90+ college credits plus the CL-505d Emergency Permit is an alternative.
• Must be able to pass a background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver substitute teaching across K-12 as needed in Inglewood and surrounding districts.
• View and accept open teaching assignments via Swing’s system and stay responsive to school requests.
• Follow school curricula and maintain classroom management and safety standards.
