Job summary

The Growing Years is hiring part-time on-call substitute childcare teachers in Burlington, NC. You will join a playful, child-centered environment focused on helping children THRIVE while learning through fun activities.

Flexible hours based on your availability, with opportunities to support neighboring locations. As an On-Call substitute floating teacher, you’ll work with all age groups as needed, with no night or weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team.
• Past childcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-call substitute floating childcare teacher based on weekly availability.
• Provide care and instructional support to children across age groups as needed.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
