Job summary

Mission Montessori, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Substitute Childcare Teacher to maintain continuity in our programs when regular teachers are absent.

You will lead activities that promote development, ensure safety, monitor progress, and foster a harmonious classroom where children and staff enjoy coming to school.

Starting pay is $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with education incentives and career development programs that invest in you.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 Child Development Units required by the State of California.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified center.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Love of working with children.

Starting Pay: Hourly pay rate: $26.00 to $28.00 , depending on education and experience.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
• 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
• Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
