Job summary
A regional education cooperative in Alexandria is seeking a Substitute Special Education Paraprofessional to support K–6 students with autism spectrum disorders and emotional behavioral disorders. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one of several qualifications, including 60+ postsecondary credits. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom routines, implementing Individualized Education Plans, and collaborating with teaching staff. Work hours are compensated at $19.50 per hour, in a supportive and meaningful work environment.
Qualifications
