Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all toilet fixtures each school day.
• Keep sidewalks safe by removing snow and ice or applying a melting agent.
• Maintain economical use of electricity, gas, and water; avoid wasteful practices.
• Report damages to building or equipment to the principal immediately.
• Make minor repairs to the building and equipment.
• Check the heating/cooling system each morning and report issues.
• Follow daily, weekly, monthly, semester, and yearly schedules.
• Perform other related work and responsibilities as required by the principal.
• Follow the chain of command when voicing complaints or making suggestions.
