Job summary

Cadence Education in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Substitute Preschool Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a love for early childhood education. You’ll support classroom routines, assist lead teachers, and create a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

You’ll collaborate with a caring team across Cadence Education's network, follow licensed daycare guidelines, and help implement a fun, developmental curriculum while balancing a flexible schedule and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (check!)
• 18+ years old and full of enthusiasm
• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements
• Super flexible and ready to jump in during business hours
• Bonus points for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare
