Job summary

Middletown City School District is seeking Substitute Paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an on-call, as-needed role across district buildings in Middletown.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and SSN, and a demonstrable desire to aid all students. A background check free of infractions is required, with health and attendance considerations also used in hiring.

Qualifications

• Be experienced in working with and around children whose ages are on a par with whom the monitor will be assigned.
