• Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Understanding the daily schedule : Substitute paraprofessionals familiarize themselves with the daily routine and tasks that need completion.
  • Individualized instruction : Providing extra assistance and instruction to individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons.
  • Behavior intervention : When students exhibit problem behaviors, substitute paraprofessionals intervene and model good behavior for the entire class.
