Bethel School District in Spanaway seeks a Substitute Instructional Paraeducator to assist staff with instructional and non-instructional activities for students, especially in special education. Responsibilities include instructing students, monitoring behavior, and supervising activities.

This position's responsibilities are to assist certificated staff with instructional and non-instructional activities for mainstream and/or special education students, including instructing students individually and/or in small groups, monitoring and documenting student behavior and/or progress, and supervising student activities.
Reports to the Director of Human Resources; in addition, will report to school principal building administrator(s)/receive guidance from certificated staff while substituting at specific locations.
