Substitute Instructional Assistant (IA) and/or Office Professional (OP)

Substitute Instructional Assistants and/or Office Professionals are employed on an at-will basis during the school year to fill in for absences & vacancies. Work hours will vary based on the assignment they select. Applications will be reviewed when complete (with all appropriate confidential reference surveys returned one must be from a recent supervisor). Applicants will be contacted by the Substitute Office as openings occur within the Substitute Pool. Mandatory online orientation and training will occur after a candidate is selected for the Substitute Pool.

Classified Substitute Hourly Rates For 2026-2027

• Instructional Assistant $23.55
• Office Staff $27.82

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proof of High School Diploma or GED will be required in the form of original diploma or copy of official transcripts.
