The Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Substitute Custodian. As a substitute custodian, you will provide support during staff absences and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and ready for daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up and taking down furniture and equipment for events and activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to the supervisor.
• Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other custodial staff and school personnel to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student and staff information.

Requirements
