Worthington Schools is accepting applications for on-call substitute custodians. Positions will work five to eight hour shifts as needed, between the hours of 6am and 11pm. Applicants should be prepared for physical labor and the responsibilities of custodial work within a school setting.

Rate of pay is $18.82 per hour. On the job, paid training is provided. This role supports the smooth operation and cleanliness of district facilities, ensuring a safe environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Ability to operate heavy duty industrial size buffers.
• Ability to use minor hand and power tools.
• Ability to push and pull equipment and basic custodial supplies.
• Basic understanding of custodial equipment and work methods.

Responsibilities

• Work as on-call substitute custodian as needed.
