Job Description

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient, and professional manner:

The Custodian will:

• Follow a schedule in the performance of custodial duties required to maintain assigned rooms, equipment, building and adjacent areas in a clean, orderly and secure manner.
• To do special cleaning and building maintenance periodically.
• Perform routine building maintenance tasks during periods of student recess.
• To do related workas required.

• REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; no experience required but some previous custodial or janitorial work is desirableor any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Possession of a valid California Driver's license and the ability to qualify for District vehicle insurance coverage. Please provide 2 references (Preferably at least one from a supervisor - letters should be dated within the past year).
